Sharm El Sheikh Airport to Coral Sea Resorts: Transfer and Taxi
Coral Sea is a group, not one hotel, and its resorts sit in two different parts of Sharm El Sheikh: Coral Sea Sensatori in Ras Nasrani, about 8 km from the airport and roughly 12 minutes without traffic (our estimate), and Coral Sea Aqua Club and Holiday Resort in Nabq Bay, about 14 km and roughly 18 minutes (our estimate). Check the exact name on your voucher before you request a car; the price per car is shown on the airport transfer page.
Five names on one official site
The group's official site lists five resorts: Coral Sea Water World Resort, Coral Sea Beach and Aqua Park, Coral Sea Aqua Club, Coral Sea Sensatori Resort and Coral Sea Holiday Resort. The site says the group's premier resorts are in Sharm El Sheikh and Ain Sokhna, and it does not assign each resort to a city on the home page (checked 16 October 2026).
That matters for Coral Sea Beach and Aqua Park: the pages we read do not say where it is, so we cannot place it on this page. If your voucher says Beach and Aqua Park, confirm with the hotel that it is the Sharm El Sheikh property before you book a car from the airport.
Coral Sea Sensatori: Ras Nasrani, closest to the airport
The official heading is Coral Sea Sensatori Sharm El Sheikh, shown as Coral Sea Sensatori Resort in the page header, while the web address still contains the older word Imperial. Sellers often write Coral Sea Imperial Sensatori. Our area notes give Conrad as an earlier name; the official page does not mention it (checked 16 October 2026, check before you travel).
The page says the resort overlooks Tiran Island and Ras Nasrani National Park and has a long beachfront. Our estimate is about 8 km and roughly 12 minutes without traffic, with a margin of about 2 km. In OpenStreetMap the outline sits about 2.9 km in a straight line from the terminal area (straight-line, OSM coordinates), and Baron Palms is about 260 m away, Baron Resort about 440 m and Coral Beach Montazah about 730 m.
Aqua Club and Holiday Resort: Nabq Bay
Coral Sea Aqua Club describes a prime location in Nabq and a large aqua park with slides and a lazy river, and also says it has direct access to one of the best aqua parks in the region. Coral Sea Holiday Resort & Aqua Park, by contrast, is described as being in the heart of Sharm El Sheikh, with 484 rooms and suites, an aqua park and six à la carte restaurants. Neither page states a bay name beside the other one, and neither gives an airport distance.
Our estimate for both is about 14 km and roughly 18 minutes without traffic, which is six kilometres more than for Sensatori. In OpenStreetMap, Coral Sea points sit near 28.04 N, 34.43 E, about 7.8 km in a straight line from the terminal area; which node is Aqua Club is not clear from the map, and the Holiday Resort node carries the group's own web address.
Water World: the one with a stated time
Coral Sea Water World Resort is the only property whose official page gives an airport time: "just 15 minutes from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport". It also says the resort faces Tiran Island, has 376 rooms, an aqua park and two pools. The page names no bay and we could not find the resort in OpenStreetMap, so we have no distance estimate for it and will not guess one. Treat the 15 minutes as the hotel's own figure (checked 16 October 2026, check before you travel).
Because Sensatori also faces Tiran Island, do not use the Tiran wording to tell the resorts apart; use the full name on the voucher.
Arrival, limousine and shuttle statements
None of the Coral Sea pages we read gives an address, a gate or a place where cars stop, and none describes an airport shuttle. Sensatori, Water World and Aqua Club list a limousine service among their facilities, Aqua Club marks it as an extra cost, and the Holiday Resort page marks its limousine as a paid hotel service; no fee is stated, so we quote none. Whether it meets flights is a question for the hotel.
OpenStreetMap has gates and entrances near the Nabq group but none is labelled as belonging to a Coral Sea resort. Ask the hotel where a car should stop and add it, with your flight number, to the request. The car card shows "Child seat on request"; mention it in the request.
Check-in, check-out and the return
The Coral Sea pages we read state no check-in or check-out time for any resort (checked 16 October 2026), so take both from your voucher or ask the hotel. For the way back, plan by the longer estimate for your resort, 12 minutes for Sensatori and 18 minutes for the Nabq pair without traffic, and leave at the time your airline advises for check-in at Sharm El Sheikh airport.
In the return request write the resort's full name, because three of the names begin with Coral Sea and two of them are in a different bay from the third.
Facts that help with luggage and families
Sensatori lists five outdoor pools, five à la carte restaurants (its introduction says six) and free parking; Aqua Club lists family suites and Kids Den rooms; Holiday Resort lists Standard Sea View, Swim-Up and Jacuzzi rooms. Sensatori's page does not state an age policy, only a kids' activities section. These are the resorts' own descriptions; the page does not tell how far the reception is from the car stop.
Transfer terms: name sign, waiting, night price, cancellation
These are the standard terms of our transfer partners (November 2026). The company confirms the details for your trip when it accepts the request.
Name sign: on request, the driver meets you with a sign showing your name. Ask for it when you book.
Free waiting: up to 30 minutes.
Night price: the same as the day price, with no night surcharge.
Cancellation: free. Nothing is paid in advance, so just tell the company at least 24 hours before the pickup time.
