You choose your pickup dates and the exact car you want from what's genuinely available, then send a request with your contact details — nothing is charged at this point. The rental company checks it against their own booking system and confirms directly, then sends you the pickup details and what to bring.

No. Nothing is paid online. You pay the rental company directly, and payment details, including the deposit, are agreed with the company that confirms your request. The price and conditions are shown on the car's page before you send it.
The rental company checks it against its own booking calendar and replies directly. If it confirms, you receive the pickup details and what to bring; if the car is not free, you can choose another car or other dates.
Each car's page shows where it can be collected, for example at the company's location or at Sharm El Sheikh Airport. Any car can also be delivered to your hotel or another address for the fee shown on that page. The exact meeting point is confirmed with your booking.
