This policy explains what data Charm Rental collects and how it's used, across both the public marketplace (charmrental.com) and the Charm Rental CRM used by rental companies.
Data we collect
From marketplace visitors: reservation-request details (name, phone, email, dates) submitted directly by the visitor. From CRM users: account details (name, email, phone) and the customer, vehicle and booking records a rental company enters. From both: basic technical data such as browser type, pages viewed and, where a visitor arrives from a marketing link, campaign attribution (utm parameters), never used to identify a specific person.
How we use data
To operate reservations and bookings, to run the CRM a rental company uses, to send account and booking-related emails, and to understand which marketing pages and campaigns actually lead to a trial signup.
Who can see it
Each rental company's customers, bookings and documents are only visible to that company's own team inside the CRM, never to other companies. Charm Rental's platform team can access data only to operate and support the service.
Where data is stored
Charm Rental is built on Supabase, which stores data in a managed, access-controlled database. We don't sell customer data to third parties.
Your choices
CRM users can request a copy or deletion of their account data by contacting us. Marketplace visitors can request that a reservation request be deleted after it's resolved.
