Terms of Service

These terms apply to any rental company using the Charm Rental CRM, and to visitors using the public Charm Rental marketplace.
The service
Charm Rental provides a CRM for managing car-rental operations (fleet, bookings, pricing, contracts, pickup and return, maintenance and statistics), and a public marketplace where approved vehicles can receive additional reservation requests.
Free trial
New companies receive a free trial period (90 days by default) with full CRM access and no credit card required. Charm Rental may adjust the trial length for future signups.
Subscription
After the trial, continued CRM access requires a subscription agreed directly with the Charm Rental team. The current version has no automatic online payment, so nothing is charged without that agreement.
Marketplace commission
A rental company's own bookings, from WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, Facebook, walk-ins, hotels or repeat customers, never generate a marketplace commission. Commission applies only to a booking that originated from a reservation request on the public Charm Rental marketplace.
Marketplace bookings
Charm Rental operates the public marketplace as an aggregator connecting visitors with independent rental companies. Charm Rental is not itself the rental supplier. Submitting a reservation request is not a confirmed booking: it is confirmed only once the rental company accepts it against its own availability. Cancellation, deposit, fuel, fines, late-return and other rental-specific terms are set by the rental company for that booking and are confirmed with you before or at pickup, rather than fixed globally by Charm Rental.
Your responsibilities
A rental company is responsible for the accuracy of the fleet, pricing and contract information it enters, and for its own dealings with its customers. Marketplace visitors are responsible for providing accurate reservation-request details.
Account suspension
Charm Rental may suspend an account for non-payment after the trial, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the marketplace.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the CRM or marketplace after a change means you accept the updated terms.
