Sharm El Sheikh Airport to Tivoli Hotel Aqua Park: Transfer and Taxi
Tivoli Hotel Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh is in Ras Um Sid (spelled Ras Om El Sid on the hotel's site), on the hill above the old part of town. Our estimate from the airport is about 22 km and roughly 26 minutes without traffic; the hotel's own page says about 20 km. The price per car is shown on the airport transfer page, and the sections below cover the name, the two distance figures, the entrance question and the beach shuttle that is not an airport shuttle.
The name to write and the old one
The hotel's own site calls itself Tivoli Hotel Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh. German Wikivoyage lists it as Tivoli Hotel Aqua Park, also known as Tropicana Tivoli Hotel, and OpenStreetMap still has the building under the name Tropicana Tivoli, tagged as a three-star hotel. The official site mentions no former name. Our own table also records the short forms Tivoli Aqua Park and Tivoli Sharm.
In the request, write Tivoli Hotel Aqua Park, and add Tropicana Tivoli in brackets if your voucher or an older map uses it. The official site spells the water facility "Aqoua Park"; this is the same hotel, and it is only a spelling variant of the name.
Two distance figures: 20 km and 22 km
The hotel's page says it is about 20 km from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport. Our estimate is about 22 km and roughly 26 minutes without traffic (area model, margin about 2 km). The two are consistent within that margin, and the gap is small compared with the differences we see at hotels in other bays. Plan by the longer figure, and add time for the return trip.
The official page also says the hotel is about 1 km from the city centre. That figure belongs to the town, not to the airport, and it is why most of the drive is the airport-to-town leg and not the last stretch.
Where the hotel stands
German Wikivoyage places the hotel on Umm El Sid hill and lists it among the hotels that are not on the waterfront; it gives the coordinates 27.8702 N, 34.3044 E, and OpenStreetMap agrees. The hotel's site says it is close to a coral beach in Ras Om El Sid. So the beach is not at the doorstep: the official page speaks of a free shuttle bus to and from the nearby beach.
That shuttle is a beach shuttle. Neither the official page nor German Wikivoyage mentions an airport shuttle, a fee or booking conditions for one, so we cannot say the hotel offers it; ask the hotel before you travel. A private transfer from the airport is a separate booking.
Neighbours on the same hill
OpenStreetMap shows a cluster of small hotels around Tivoli. The nearest are Rock Hotel (about 110 m), Sunset (about 160 m), Ocean Club Hotel (about 160 m) and Sunrise Hotel (about 210 m); further out are Luna (about 270 m), Palermo (about 350 m), Creative Mexicana (about 360 m) and SharmInn Amarein (about 410 m), all straight-line, OSM coordinates. Several of these names are common, so a driver who only hears "Sunrise" or "Sunset" may think of a different property; always write the full name Tivoli Hotel Aqua Park in the request.
The official page lists a swimming pool, a heated Jacuzzi in winter only, a kids' area, billiards, Shooters Bar with a terrace, a shopping arcade, currency exchange and a 24-hour reception. Free wifi is stated for the reception lobby only; in the rooms it is a paid service.
Entrance, check-in and the return trip
The official page gives no street address and no description of the entrance, and OpenStreetMap shows several untagged entrance nodes and gates within about 60 m of the building (for example nodes 3200981932 and 3200983202) without telling which street or which door belongs to the hotel. We therefore cannot say where the car should stop; ask reception and put the answer in the request.
Check-in and check-out times are not on the official page we read. German Wikivoyage lists 114 rooms, mostly double rooms, and the official page says all overlook the pool and gardens. For the return trip, take the check-out time from your voucher or the reception and leave as your airline advises. The car card shows "Child seat on request".
Transfer terms: name sign, waiting, night price, cancellation

Free waiting: up to 30 minutes.
