Sharm El Sheikh Airport to Rixos Radamis: Transfer and Taxi
Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh sits at the southern end of Nabq Bay, which makes it one of the shorter airport runs on that strip: about 10 km, roughly 14 minutes without traffic (our estimate). Sharm has three Rixos hotels, so most of this page is about making sure the car goes to the right one. The price per car is shown on the airport transfer page once you enter the hotel.
Three Rixos in one town
Booking sites file Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh next to Rixos Premium Seagate and Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Adults Only 18+, and all three are in the Nabq area. Radamis is the one that takes families and couples; the 18+ hotel does not take children at all, so a family dropped at the wrong gate has a real problem, not just a detour. "Rixos" alone is not enough for a driver; Rixos Radamis plus Nabq Bay is.
A fourth name sometimes turns up: Club Privé by Rixos. Our notes describe it as a villa-style product tied to Radamis, and Radamis's own Accor page lists two villa types, yet we could not confirm that the two names are one site, so ask which one your voucher means (checked 16 October 2026, check before you travel).
How Radamis is named and addressed
Accor presents it as Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh with the address "Nabq Bay Sharm El Sheikh, 46619 SHARM EL SHEIKH, Egypt"; OpenStreetMap tags the property as Rixos Hotels, five stars. Our own area notes record Tirana Aqua Park Resort as the name before the Rixos rebrand. Accor says nothing of that, so treat it as unconfirmed (checked 16 October 2026, check before you travel); it only matters if an old voucher or map still carries the Tirana name.
The southern end of Nabq: distance and neighbours
Nabq Bay is a long strip, and we put Radamis at its near end: about 10 km by road, against about 17 km for the far northern resorts such as Steigenberger Alcazar. The error margin is around 2 km. As the crow flies, OpenStreetMap coordinates give about 4.7 km from the terminal area, a floor rather than a road length. Accor gives no airport distance for Radamis, so there is no hotel figure to compare; it names Nabq Bay National Park, 4 km away, and the Sharm El Sheikh Museum, 15 km away.
Beside it, the OSM map shows Sea Club Resort about 470 m off, then Sea Gardens, Sea Life and the Charmillion Sea Live Resort at 610-640 m, Egyptian Experience Resort at 760 m and Charmillion Club Aquapark at 870 m (straight-line, OSM coordinates). Radamis is therefore part of a dense group of southern Nabq beach hotels, and the name in the request is what separates it from them.
A big site and a 3 pm check-in
On the map the property is drawn as three outlines with dozens of building entrances inside about 400 m of the middle, and some nearby gates are tagged private. None is marked as the main gate, and Accor does not describe the approach, so which barrier a car uses is unknown (checked 16 October 2026); the reception can say.
Check-in starts at 15:00. For a flight that lands before lunch this means the room may not be ready when you arrive, and the 18 restaurants and several bars listed on the Accor page are where that waiting time is usually spent.
Families and couples, and the kids' club
Accor states that the hotel accommodates families and couples only, and lists a kids' club, Rixy Kids Town, plus an Anjana Spa, a convention centre and a wedding venue. For a family the practical point is the luggage and the children: tell the request how many suitcases you have and the children's ages, and ask for a child seat there, since the car card shows it only "on request".
Hotel shuttle and the way back
Accor lists a shuttle among Radamis's on-site services but gives no timetable, no price and no word on the airport, so whether it meets flights is a question for the hotel (checked 16 October 2026). Check-out runs up to 12:00, and Accor does not mention a late check-out, which matters if your flight leaves in the evening. With roughly 14 minutes of driving, leave for the airport when your airline's check-in advice says.
Transfer terms: name sign, waiting, night price, cancellation

Name sign: on request, the driver meets you with a sign showing your name. Ask for it when you book.
Free waiting: up to 30 minutes.
Night price: the same as the day price, with no night surcharge.
Cancellation: free. Nothing is paid in advance, so just tell the company at least 24 hours before the pickup time.
