How a driver for a day works
You choose a start time, a duration from the table and the places you want to see. The car and driver stay with you for those hours, which is useful when your stops are spread over different bays of the resort. A street taxi has no meter and fares are negotiated each time, while here the price per vehicle is shown before you send the request. Driver and car are always booked together, and Charm Rental passes your request to a local company that confirms it. If you need more than the longest duration shown in the table, say so in the request and ask whether it is possible.
What per vehicle means
The price covers the whole car with the driver, not each passenger. A couple, a family of five or a group of friends who fit in the vehicle share the same price, so the bigger the group the smaller each person's share. Check the seats and bags shown on each offer rather than assuming. What exactly the price includes, such as fuel or extra hours, is not something we promise on this page: the booking step shows what the price includes, so read it before you send the request. Entry tickets, meals and activities during the day are not part of a vehicle price.
A multi-stop day inside Sharm
Distances inside the resort are short but add up. As rounded road estimates without traffic: from Naama Bay the Old Market is about 9 to 10 km (10 to 15 minutes), Ras Um Sid about 12 km (about 15 minutes), the Al Montazah area about 13 km and Nabq Bay about 18 km (15 to 20 minutes); from the airport Naama Bay is about 11 to 14 km. A relaxed day could be a morning at Naama Bay, lunch and shopping at the Old Market, a swim or a walk at Ras Um Sid in the afternoon and an evening at Nabq. Write the order you like and the time you want to be back.
Waiting, extras and longer trips
Ask in the request how waiting time is counted when you spend an hour in a restaurant or at a beach club, and whether the driver can wait at the exact spot. Mention the number of passengers and bags, a child's age if you need a car marked Child seat on request, and a flight number if the day starts or ends at the airport. Choosing the hours and the start time
Count your stops and give each one realistic time, then pick the duration in the table that covers them with a small margin. Mornings are cooler for walking and shopping, while beach time and a long lunch fit the middle of the day. If you start and end at different hotels or addresses, say so in the request. Remember that the price is per vehicle for the duration you choose, so a day with only two stops may need fewer hours than you first think, and a day with many stops may need the longest option.

It suits families with children and prams, because nobody has to look for a car at every stop, and people who prefer not to drive on unfamiliar roads with checkpoints and speed bumps.
