Planning an airport pickup

Distinguish collecting a self-drive car from meeting a driver for a transfer. Confirm the terminal, meeting point, contact number and any delivery charge for the chosen service.

Share your flight number and scheduled arrival time through the booking flow. Ask what happens if the flight is delayed and how waiting time is handled. Do not assume a waiting allowance without confirmed terms.
